What Did You Eat For Lunch?
So this might not look
like physics, but I think it is. Here you can see me, in the green, getting throughly dominated by one of my wrestling coaches. At this point in time, he is applying force with both his legs, in an attempt to view what ate for lunch. However, since both is legs are applying the same amount of force, I remain stationary because the force from each side cancels out. Here the net force on my body is 0.H0wever, the fight is not over, for I have a firm grasp of my coaches hair. Although the amount of force I am applying to pull out his hair is not enough, there is a significant amount of pain involved. If his hair did come out, then I would know that I pulled with enough force.
This whole picture is also a good example of inertia. In order for the picture to come out clearly, all members have to fight the urge to move. They are objects that are at rest and staying at rest. What you do not know, is that in the end I end up winning, although it does not look good for me now, I prevail in the end. Note that in the top right corner Jon Carlile is being hugged by another guy. I would also like to say again, that in the end I end up not losing.
